What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the process. For welded structures and fabricated parts it is usually 50–300 pcs; for cast or CNC-machined parts it can be lower for prototypes and higher for mass runs. Send your drawing and we will quote the most economical batch size.
How long is the lead time?
A sample or prototype is normally ready in 7–15 days after drawing confirmation. Mass production typically takes 20–35 days depending on process, finishing and order volume. We confirm a fixed schedule in the quote.
What drawing formats do you accept?
We work from PDF, DWG, STEP, IGES and STP. A clear hand sketch with key dimensions is also enough to start a feasibility review and quote — we can produce a formal drawing for confirmation before production.
Do you offer hot-dip galvanizing and other finishes?
Yes. Hot-dip galvanizing (80–120µm, salt-spray tested), powder coating, painting, anodizing and chrome/black-oxide are all available through our vetted finishing shops, chosen to match your working environment.
How are parts packed and shipped?
Export seaworthy packing: protective wrap, carton and pallet/wooden case as needed, booked through Qingdao Port. We handle documents (CO, PL, B/L). FCL and LCL both supported.
